LAHORE: Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has achieved a record tax collection during the month of February, registering an unprecedented 75 percent growth rate, the highest ever in the Authority’s history for the month. During the month of February, PRA collected over Rs. 41 billion in tax revenue, compared to Rs. 23.6 billion collected in February last year, reflecting a significant increase in provincial tax revenues. This claim was made during a meeting chaired by Chairman PRA, Moazzam Iqbal Sipra, where officers from across the province participated through video link. Copyright Business Recorder, 2026
