Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) announced on Thursday the appointment of Song Zhenwen as Shareholder Director of PSX. The PSX shared the information in a notice today. The notice said that the Board of Directors of PSX, with the clearance of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, had appointed Zhenwen. Zhenwen will fill the casual vacancy on the board following the cessation of Fu Chaoqing, and will hold office for the remainder of the current term of the Board, in accordance with applicable requirements, added the notice. In January, PSX announced that Ruhail Mohammad was elected as Chairman of PSX’s Board of Directors after the demise of the former Chairperson, Dr Shamshad Akhtar.
