PHILADELPHIA — Quentin Grimes hit two tiebreaking free throws with 16.4 seconds remaining, Tyrese Maxey scored 25 points and the short-handed Philadelphia 76ers beat the Utah Jazz 106-102 in the NBA on Wednesday night.
