CEBU CITY, Philippines — The grandmother of the 13-year-old boy who drowned off the waters of South Road Properties (SRP) in Barangay Ermita, Cebu City, last Tuesday afternoon, March 3, is calling on the classmate who was with him to come forward and explain what happened before the incident.
