The National Works Agency (NWA) is undertaking hotmix patching and a road rehabilitation programme in sections of Portland, St Mary and St Ann. The NWA says the programme to improve the road infrastructure across the northeastern region and targets the worst affected sections of the selected roadways. Manager of Communication and Customer Services at the NWA, Stephen Shaw, says the works form part of the agency’s $1.7 Billion islandwide Graded Overlay (GO) Road Rehabilitation Programme now under way across the island.
