[Horn Diplomat] Hargeisa -- Somaliland's Council of Ministers held its 56th session on Thursday at the Presidential Palace in Hargeisa, chaired by President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Irro) and attended by Vice President Mohamed Ali Aw Cabdi.
