NBC News Trump says Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is stepping down
In a post on social media, President Trump announced that Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem would be stepping down and Sen. Markwayne Mullin, R-Okla., would be nominated to replace her.
