MANILA, Philippines — Following the return of 299 Filipinos from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) announced that 34 more overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 on Friday morning. They were aboard Emirates Flight EK 336, that touched down at 5:58 a.m. DMW Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac led a government team in welcoming the Filipinos back home. They would later receive assistance and various forms of support from government agencies. In a Facebook post, Cacdac also thanked the airline and the government of the UAE for the safe return of the Filipinos, amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
