LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — At least 300 Filipinos affected by escalating tensions in the Middle East have returned to the Philippines in early March, according to the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW). The arrivals include overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and their dependents.
