Former Constitutional Court judge Kadri Krieziu stated today that the actions undertaken yesterday by the Kosovo parliament were not based on the Constitution and that Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani must call extraordinary parliamentary elections in consultation with all parties, including the Serb List.
