President Trump reportedly said on Friday that he’s sending Marco Rubio to Cuba to make a deal as the country is “going to fall pretty soon.”  The President has already taken actions against Cuba, including an oil embargo and threatening tariffs on any country that provides oil to Cuba through an Executive Order.
