CEBU CITY, Philippines — Christine Clare Burgos, a graduate of Velez College here secured a spot among the topnotchers in the February 2026 nursing board exams, according to results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). Burgos ranked third nationwide after earning a 91 percent rating in the February 2026 Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE). She was the only examinee from Cebu to place in the top ranks of the latest nursing board exams.
