MANILA, Philippines — Two weather systems are forecast to bring rains over parts of the country for 24 hours, the state weather bureau said on Saturday. In its 24-hour weather forecast issued at 4 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that the northeast monsoon or amihan will be prevailing over Northern Luzon while the easterlies or winds coming from the Pacific Ocean will affect the rest of the country.
