Actor-politician Vijay will announce key welfare schemes for women at the TVK's International Women's Day celebrations in Mamallapuram. The event is scheduled for Saturday. Entry to the program will be strictly through QR-code passes. The Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam will also observe Women's Day across all party districts on March 8.
