MANILA, Philippines — Vice President Sara Duterte on Saturday urged concerned government agencies to monitor the rising cost of fuel and implement measures to alleviate its impact on the lives of the Filipinos. Duterte made this statement amid the projected of oil price increase next week, with a possible surge of over P2 for a liter of diesel.
