MANILA, Philippines — Overall confidence among Philippine chief executives declined in 2026 from a year earlier as rising global uncertainty and cost pressures weighed on business sentiment. This is according to the latest survey by EY-Parthenon. In the CEO Outlook Pulse report released Friday, EY said Philippine CEOs recorded an overall confidence score of 59 for 2026.
