Precision extraction - Israeli police deploy robot to remove drone debris stuck in tree in Kiryat Shmona after latest Iranian strike

"Israeli police used a crane-mounted robot to neutralise a drone carrying an explosive warhead after it got stuck in a tall tree in central Kiryat Shmona on Friday evening. Footage shows police officers sealing off the scene and using a robot - lifted by crane - to remotely disable the explosive device and bring it safely down to the ground. According to the police, the UAV posed an immediate danger after falling into the treetops above a residential area. Highway 90 was closed while the operation was underway. Authorities said the operation lasted several hours, after which the area was cleared, and the roads were reopened. Israel and Iran have been trading missiles and rockets, engulfing other regional countries in the Gulf in the war.  Earlier, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said Iran’s armed forces had been instructed not to target neighbouring countries unless they launch attacks against Iran.  Meanwhile, US President Trump on Saturday vowed to hit Iran 'very hard,' adding that its military is considering new targets in the country.  This comes as the United States and Israel launched a joint attack on Iran on the morning of February 28, resulting in the killing of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. Tehran later announced retaliatory strikes against Israel and US assets across the region."
