A 42-year-old taxi operator has been charged following the reported theft of motor vehicle parts from a property in St Andrew. Charged with simple larceny is Troy Scarlett, who is of a Kingston 11 address. Reports from the police are that about 2:00 a.m. on Monday, February 2, Scarlett and another man allegedly went to a premises on Renfield Drive, Kingston 20, where they reportedly stole a bumper, a grille and two headlamps from a grey 2018 Toyota Vitz motor car that was parked on the property.
