VALENCIA CITY, Bukidnon — Rising fuel prices driven by tensions in the Middle East are beginning to strain sugarcane farmers and public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers in Bukidnon, prompting local governments to adopt austerity measures to curb fuel use.
