Ruby Ruiz has finally returned home to Manila after getting stranded in Dubai for a week due to escalating clashes in the Middle East. Ruiz took to Instagram on Saturday, March 7, to announce she was back in Manila after an exchange of airstrikes between the US-Israel forces and Iran grounded almost all flights in the emirates.
