MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) has cleared the proposed 100-percent acquisition of Natura & Co. UK Holdings Limited by Avon International Limited, saying the deal does not raise competition concerns. In a statement on Monday, the antitrust watchdog said its review found no relevant market overlap between the two firms, noting they operate in different segments and are neither direct competitors nor engaged in a supplier-customer relationship.
