DOTr, CAAP cut airport, passenger fees amid rising fuel prices

MANILA – Acting Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez on Friday ordered a reduction in passenger fees and airport navigation charges to reduce the operating costs of airlines amid rising fuel prices.
