CITY OF CALAPAN, Oriental Mindoro — A 14-year-old girl from Puerto Galera has been reported missing after failing to return home on Sunday morning, authorities said. According to the municipal government, Kate Nicole Visaya, a Grade 9 student and resident of Barangay Balatero, was last seen on Sunday at around 8 a.m. after leaving home to attend church and work on a school project.
