Eastern Samar gov't starts 4-day workweek

TACLOBAN CITY — The provincial government of Eastern Samar will begin implementing a compressed four-day on-site workweek in provincial offices starting Monday, following an executive order issued by Gov. Ralph Vincent Evardone. The directive, contained in Executive Order No. RVE-2026-03-014, adopts energy conservation measures and introduces a revised work schedule for provincial government employees while ensuring the continuous delivery of public services.
