Clavano: All lawmakers-contractors in flood mess should face graft

MANILA, Philippines — Cases should be filed against all lawmakers who are contractors and are involved in controversial flood control projects for possible graft and conflict of interest violations, according to Assistant Ombudsman Mico Clavano.
