Voting has begun for five Rajya Sabha seats in Bihar. Five candidates from the ruling NDA and one from the opposition RJD are contesting. MLAs are casting their ballots at the Bihar Assembly complex. Counting will take place later today. The NDA aims to win all five seats but requires opposition support for one.
