Diesel to hit P91/liter by March 17 - DOE

CEBU CITY, Philippines – A liter of diesel may hit as high as P91 beginning Tuesday, March 17, as the country braces for another mega oil price hike as the war in the Middle East drags on its third week. The Department of Energy (DOE) on Monday, March 16, revealed its latest projected increase in the prices for fuel products this week. They are as follows: * Gasoline: P12.90-P16.60 * Diesel: P20.40-P23.90 * Kerosene: P6.90-8.90 This means that the new rates for gasoline products will range between P63.40-P75, P70.95-P91 for diesel, and P85-P134.89 for kerosene.
