[FrontPageAfrica] Monrovia -- The National Commission on Disabilities (NCD) has launched a nationwide acquaintance and needs assessment tour across Liberia, aimed at strengthening engagement with Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and evaluating their living conditions across the country.
