In today's GB News Daily Reflection, we recall that the most consistent images of God in the Bible is of a shepherd. "The Lord is my shepherd, said David in the Psalms. I am the good shepherd, said Jesus, identifying himself with that image of God. "We don't like to think of ourselves as sheep. They're stupid things that don't seem to know what's best for themselves. But then again, plenty of times in my life I've been a stupid thing that didn't know what was best for myself. The faith journey is a journey of humility. "It is an acceptance of our limitations and our flaws, our humanity.
