Shadman Cotton Mills Limited (SHCM) announced on Monday key appointments. The mills shared the information in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today. It said that Shahid Mazhar was reappointed as Chief Executive Officer, while Ghazala Shahid was reappointed as Chairperson of the Board. Both have been reappointed for a period of three years. The SHCM was established in 1979 as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1973 (now Companies Act 2017). It manufactures and sells yarn. It operates a ring-spinning mill and an apparel stitching unit.
