Nebojsa Arsic, the rector of the University of Pristina with temporary seat in Kosovska Mitrovica, said that the agreement related to the Law on Foreigners and the Law on Vehicles is extremely important for the institution he leads because it allows them to continue operating normally within the Serbian system.
