MANILA, Philippines — The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said Monday it is investigating a possible syndicate involved in the manufacturing of fake license plates. “The plates you see being sold all around Metro Manila are only stores or depots,” CIDG Anti-Organized Crime Unit (AOCU) Chief Lt.
