CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebu City has cleared most of the garbage stockpiled near Pond A at the South Road Properties (SRP), but decomposed waste remains buried beneath the soil. This comes as the city prepares to resume using the site as a temporary nighttime transfer station amid its ongoing waste management crisis.
