Historian Luka Jovanovic said that by agreeing on the implementation of the Law on Foreigners, Albin Kurti, under pressure from Brussels, “crossed” the line he had set for himself, noting that Kurti realized that failing to fulfill and adhere to the agreement would have significant consequences for him.
