TACLOBAN CITY — Police arrested two men in Lavezares, Northern Samar, on Monday afternoon for allegedly transporting and selling petroleum products without proper authorization, as authorities continue to monitor fuel distribution amid supply concerns. Personnel of the Lavezares Municipal Police Station apprehended the suspects at 4:20 p.m. in Barangay Barobaybay.
