ILOILO CITY— A traffic enforcer categorized as a high-value individual (HVI) was arrested Monday morning after authorities seized over P400,000 worth of suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Jaro district. The suspect, identified by police only as alias “Saad,” 39, a resident of Barangay Camalig, was apprehended in his home village at 11:10 a.m. During the sting operation, operatives confiscated approximately 60 grams of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as shabu.
