Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Tuesday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs523,762 after a gain of Rs1,000 during the day. Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs449,041 after it increased by Rs857, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). On Monday , gold price per tola reached Rs522,762 after a decline of Rs1,800 during the day. The international rate of gold was up by $10 to reach $5,010 per ounce (with a premium of $20). Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs128 to reach Rs8,569 per tola.
