Former top diplomat and European commissioner Etienne Davignon (93) will have to appear in court to answer questions about his possible involvement in the murder of Patrice Lumumba, the Brussels appeal court has ruled. Lumumba, the first Prime Minister of independent Congo, was murdered in 1961. Davignon still has the opportunity to appeal against the decision.
