Local 4 WDIV Detroit Oakland County man accused of sharing child sex abuse videos involving infants, toddlers
Brian Allen Rose, 47, of Ferndale, was arraigned on a three-count indictment for allegedly trading photos and videos of children -- some as young as infants, said federal investigators.
