BAGUIO CITY — The Benguet Electric Cooperative (Beneco) is encouraging beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and poor families to avail of the lifeline rate offered by the cooperative. “As of the latest records, Beneco has 354 registered lifeline beneficiaries receiving total exemption or a discount in their electricity consumption,” Beneco general manager Engr.
