MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon, or amihan, continues to weaken, signaling the onset of warmer and more humid conditions across much of the country. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Wednesday said amihan is now affecting only the Northern and Central Luzon areas.
