CEBU CITY, Philippines — A series of minor earthquakes shook Bogo City early Wednesday, prompting local disaster officials to urge continued vigilance as aftershocks from last year’s major quake persist. Data from the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) showed at least four tremors recorded within hours of each other on March 18, with magnitudes ranging from 2.0 to 3.5.
