A man and a woman in their 70s were found dead in an apartment on the fourth floor of a residential building, according to emergency services. Medics said the victims likely did not reach a protected space in time. Four other people were reported to have sustained light injuries in the strike, which officials said involved missiles carrying submunitions. "A difficult night for the city of Ramat Gan. We are accustomed to barrages, but this appears to be a deadly, multi-site attack. The full picture is still unclear; the damage is severe and people have been hurt. We are deeply saddened and focused on handling all the scenes across the city. I tell the public: follow the instructions and protect your lives," said Mayor Carmel Shama-Hacohen in a statement. Authorities urged the public to stay away from impact zones, warning that approaching the sites could endanger lives and hinder rescue operations.
