MANILA, Philippines — Three lawmakers — Pangasinan Rep. Maria Rachel Arenas, Cebu Rep. Vincent Franco Frasco, and Bacolod City Rep. Alfredo Benitez — have been elected as new Deputy Speakers of the House of Representatives.
