DPWH repairs seen to ease Andaya Highway traffic amid Holy Week rush

LEGAZPI CITY — Continuous road repairs along the Andaya Highway in Camarines Sur province are expected to ease traffic flow and reduce travel time ahead of the Holy Week rush.
