TAGBILARAN CITY — Mayor Jane Yap emphasized unity, cultural pride, and tourism development as the city officially launched Saulog Tagbilaran 2026 on Monday, March 16, during the celebration of the 461st anniversary of the Blood Compact of 1565 at the Tagbilaran City Friendship Park.
