Five persons who were charged in connection with the theft of dozens of cell phones and other electronics valued at over $2 million from a store in Angels, St Catherine have been freed after making restitution to the owner. When the matter came up in court yesterday, the owner said he wished to drop the case following the restitution. Attorney-at-law Fabian Campbell told the court that, with restitution having been made, the matter should be brought to an end.
