Independent.ie DPP drops charges against three gardaí over alleged ‘squaring away’ of motoring tickets
Three gardaí in the Limerick Division who had been due to stand trial over the alleged ‘squaring away’ of fixed charge notices (FCNs) for motoring offences will no longer face prosecution.
