Daily Mail U.K Jails watchdog 'deeply concerned' over risk to public as dangerous criminals released from high-security prisons
Chief Inspector of Prisons voiced grave concerns over two jails which are releasing high-risk inmates directly onto the street with inadequate assessments of the threat they may pose.
