Belgian telecoms operator Proximus is experiencing network problems for the second time in only a week. Proximus customers have reported problems with fixed and mobile internet use as well as TV. The company that once enjoyed a telecom monopoly in Belgium has confirmed there are issues. Only Monday there were major problems with the Proximus mobile network.
